Simply put, we think unsolicited commercial email (UCE) is just bad business. We’re people too and we fully understand the frustration that comes from receiving unsolicited commercial email (UCE).
We do communicate via email, but it's our goal to make you feel more like the Goonies when they found all that treasure, and less like Captain Hook at the end, when all those kids get paintball guns.
Therefore, we fully endorse and comply with all the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act.) Additionally, we’re in compliance with all other applicable unsolicited commercial email (UCE) laws.
That said, we understand that email is the preferred method of contact for many people regarding communication with businesses. In an effort to respect that preference and to create a mutually beneficial relationship, when you subscribe to our emails, digital or electronic newsletters, or any other form of online communications through either us or our websites, you will be given the ability to “unsubscribe” from future emails. This is facilitated through our autoresponder company and goes into effect right away. (This is excluding support tickets that you submit through our ticketing system or email directly to us about a purchase or general inquiry— as you obviously wanted to ask us a question in that circumstance)
If you have additional questions about any of this you can contact our support team at: Support@Econoholic.com.
